Mezbaan provides cloud software for restaurant websites, digital menus, ordering, payments integration and operational workflows. The restaurant remains responsible for its menu, pricing, food, availability, fulfilment, delivery, licences, taxes and customer service.

Mezbaan is not the manufacturer or seller of a restaurant's food and does not itself prepare or deliver restaurant orders.

Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and give staff only appropriate access. Accounts may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or fraudulent activity, or to interfere with platform security.

Restaurant partners are responsible for content they publish and must have the rights and approvals needed for menus, branding, images, domains, customer communications and products offered.

The complete Mezbaan package is PKR 8,000 per restaurant location per month. Eligible online website and delivery orders carry a 0.5% platform usage fee. Five AR dish models are included; each additional approved AR dish model costs PKR 1,000. Applicable taxes and third-party provider charges are separate.

Customer payments may be processed by a connected payment gateway. Gateway approval, fees, settlement, reversals and availability are governed by that provider's terms. Mezbaan may suspend paid functionality for overdue amounts or material misuse after reasonable notice where practicable.

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, internet, DNS, payment providers or events outside our reasonable control. Features that depend on third parties remain subject to their availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, proven loss and excludes indirect, special or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Either party may end service according to its agreement and outstanding obligations. We may restrict access to protect customers, the platform or law. Restaurant data export or deletion requests are handled subject to technical, contractual and legal retention requirements.

We may update these terms when the service, commercial model or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details where appropriate.
