Getting started
Create an owner account and walk through onboarding. You can publish a guest menu on your included Mezbaan subdomain in one session.
- Sign up (PKR 8,000/month for the complete platform)
- Add categories and dishes, or import from a printed menu photo
- Upload branding and publish your menu link / QR
Common questions
How does pricing work?
The complete platform is PKR 8,000/month. Eligible online delivery and website orders carry a 0.5% platform fee. Five AR dishes are included; additional AR models cost PKR 1,000 each.
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests open your menu in the browser and can view AR dishes on supported phones.
Can I use the same login on mobile?
Yes. Owner and manager accounts use the same email and password on web and the Mezbaan mobile app.
When can I turn on guest QR ordering?
Guest QR ordering, POS, printing, and inventory are all included. Enable or configure them from Settings when your team is ready.
Multi-location
Multi-location is included and can be enabled from the owner portal under Organization. Manage branches, push a master menu, unified customers, inter-branch inventory, and org analytics from /portal/org.
